Our last day of school was a blast for everyone involved. Friends and family joined in as we celebrated with a picnic lunch, root beer floats, and fun activities. Everyone got to watch a real K-9 unit in action and anyone who was interested was welcome to learn about fire safety as the escaped from the fire department's "smoke house." Finally, the fire department kicked off the water fight with a blast of water from their fire truck. Anyone with a "water delivery device" (aka weapon) had the opportunity to get thoroughly soaked. Dr. Roach and Mr. Bera participated in the water fight and ended the day by letting the kids see who could dunk them in the dunk tank. Thanks to everyone who helped make this such a wonderful school year.
